With the exception of the mirror this next job is not anything wood related. As you can see by the pictures, this is an old patio set this is in really rough shape. I tried every chemical I own to try and break down the paint and rust but nothing worked. After attempting to grind it off I realized that it would take me a month of Sundays. So I broke down and got me a Harbor Freight portable media blaster and as soon as this wind dies down later this week I will be attacking this thing. As you can see in the one picture that the vinyl is held in place by to prongs on each side of the strap. No one sells this style any more. So I am going to have to buy the strap material in rolls and cut and punch each strap individually. I will post the completed project once I finish it.
